To find your size, use a measuring tape and measure over your undergarments. Make sure the tape is relaxed and not squeezing against your body. It is best to go for the upper sizes when any of your measurements for the bust, waist or hips fall upon the greater size.
To measure the:
Bust – Place the tape under the arms and around the fullest part of your bust.
Waist – Have the tape placed just around your natural waistline.
Hips – Making sure to keep your feet together, use the tape and measure around the fullest part of your hips, this is usually 20cm under your waistline.
