How do I find products ?
There are a number of ways you can search for products.  You can browse through the menu selections at the top of the web-page.  These can be refined by clicking on each separate link that appears from the menus, split into Collections (i.e. Casual, Inspired) or Categories (i.e. dresses, tops).
Alternatively you can just type in the name of the product into our search bar, located in the top right of the Website (just below the customer login, register).
Once you have selected a product, click 'add to bag', and when you are ready to checkout, follow the onscreen instructions to fill in your payment and delivery details.


I have seen a product but it does not appear in stock ?
We understand that it can be frustrating when you have your eye set on an item and you go to buy it but it’s no longer available.
However, some of our most popular products will sell out quickly, so you do need to be fast and get it before someone else does. As we focus on the latest fashion trends for the season, our products are only while stocks last.
Try browsing through the menu at the top of the web-page and then refine the search to what type of item you are looking for by clicking on each of the sub-sections.
You can also type in the name of the product into our search bar.  


Has my order been shipped out yet ?
All orders made before 2pm on a weekday will be sent out on the same day. If you’ve made your order after 2pm your order will be sent out the next business day. Do note that transit times can take between 1-3 business days to deliver to your destination. For example, orders made on a Friday after 2pm will be sent out on Monday morning and will in most cases will arrive on Tuesday.

Information on our Delivery Service
Deliveries will be made within 1- 3 business days after you place your order (not including Weekends and Public Holidays).
The standard delivery option is FREE for all orders $50 or more and will be sent via a trusted courier.
Tracking of orders  is not yet available for standard deliveries, so please wait the full 3 business days for your delivery to arrive.
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, it will either be left in a location of your specification.  In the majority of cases the parcel will be left at your front door if no instructions are left.   If the parcel must be re-delivered due to your absence it is up to you to pay any additional delivery costs that are incurred.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver on public holidays. In this instance please expect your delivery to arrive on the next business day.

How do I return an existing item ?
For satisfactory customer service we aim to provide a Returns service that is hassle-free for you.  
By holding onto your receipt invoice, you have 28 days to decide if you want to return any item (this includes all sale items, which will be refunded at the price of sale)

What if I change my mind about a product I have purchased ?
Exchanges will be accepted if product is in original condition and in original packaging.  Full refunds are also available.  

What can I do about faulty items ?
If any faults are found in the product within 28 days of purchasing a product, which have developed under conditions of ordinary use there will be no issue with the return of that product.

Are your prices in Australian Dollars (AUD) ?
Yes, all our pricing is in Australian Dollars.

Do your prices include GST ?
Yes, all prices are inclusive of GST.

What payment types do you accept ?

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website ?
To ensure that every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment, our payment system has a 128-bit SSL security encryption certification awarded by VeriSign. You can see the transaction is secure if you see a keylock at the bottom right of your web browser. We do not retain any of your credit card information after your order is complete.  It is then submitted directly to our banks. You can be rest assured that with each purchase your credit card or bank account information will be secured.

My credit card details are not accepted. What is wrong ?
Please check with your bank or financial institution to rule out errors on their behalf. If problems continue, please contact our Customer Service Team via customer@kissnchic.com

While processing payment my computer froze.  How do I know payment went through successfully ?
Please wait for 30 minutes until you receive a confirmation email. If there is no confirmation sent via email, please contact our Customer Service Team via customer@kissnchic.com

What is the status of my order ?
You can check the status of your order by registering an account with us.  Once you have registered select the My Orders menu on the top of the web-page.  From there you can manage your orders.
